Date:2022/11/02

Chang Jung Christian University (CJCU) first entered the QS World University Rankings in 2019 with a rating of Four Stars. As the previous QS Star rating expired, this year in 2022 CJCU went through a re-audit process and received the world class Five Star Rating.

Eight indicators that determine QS rankings included Teaching, Employability, Academic Development, Internationalization, Facilities, Program Strength, Arts & Culture and Inclusiveness.

Compared to its achievements in 2019, CJCU kept its QS 5 Star Ratings in four indicators: Employability, Academic Development, Facilities, and Inclusiveness while ratings in Teaching and Internationalization moved respectively from 4 Star to 5 Star and 3 Star to 5 Star. For Arts & Culture, CJCU was rated 5 Star for the first time. CJCU’s rating score jumped from 629 to 736 (out of 1,000).

CJCU President, Dr. Lee Yung-Lung, attributed the honor to efforts of CJCU students and faculty. CJCU will continue to work toward excellence in all fields and make contributions by fulfilling its social university responsibility. In recent years, CJCU has been promoting net zero sustainability and its goal as a “top international university of sustainable model.”
